Movement therapist Hilversum

The experience of stress in the body presents in ways unique to each individual. Some people find it difficult to find space for rest, some have difficulty in their minds, some experience pain. I approach trauma, stress and burnout symptoms as individually as the people in front of me. I use Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Breathing practises, Restorative practices, Somatic movement practices and Yoga Nidra, the practice of awake sleep.

 

Practices for young people and children can also involve games, singing, music and dance.

 

Using a combination of the above practices and trauma sensitive language I will work with you to design a practice that supports your nervous system, your mental and physical health.
